RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met :
- All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact
- All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition
- Footwear should have no scuff marks on its outsole
- Originals receipts would need to be included
If non of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.
1. VALIDITY FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS
If you want to return your products for any acceptable reason like defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item then please returns to in our store within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Remember, we do not charge for return. We have no re-stocking fee.

2. Refund
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know the refund approval. After approval you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.
